DPC is a healthcare model which aims to increase patient access to their doctor by bypassing the use of insurance. Patients pay their doctor an affordable monthly fee, which covers comprehensive primary care services such as annual exams, lab and imaging orders, care coordination and referrals, unlimited sick visits, extended visit times, and same or next-day access to Dr. Forbes.
